You don't have to do it all alone

Replying to messages, packing orders, editing posts: give each person the access their job needs. Withdrawing money and the big decisions stay with you, and every action is on record.

  • Five roles, with extra permissions when needed
  • Only you withdraw money
  • Who did what and when, all on record

How you build a team

  1. 1

    Send an invite by email

The link works for 7 days.

  2. 2

    Pick a role

Admin, Editor, Operations, Finance or Viewer.

  3. 3

Adjust permissions if you need to

Turn single permissions on or off on top of the role.

Five roles

Pick one for each person. Withdrawing money isn't part of any role.

Admin

Does almost everything. Can invite, remove, pause and change the access of anyone below Admin.

Editor

Edits your page, posts and products.

Operations

Ships orders and answers messages.

Finance

Sees earnings, orders and supporters. Can't change anything.

Viewer

Sees most things, but not earnings or messages. Can't change anything.

The keys stay with you

Extra care for sensitive work

Refunds, return decisions, confirming cash-on-delivery money, the membership price, deleting products or posts, the orders and transactions CSVs, and tax details are in no role. Only you can grant them, one at a time. A team member who hasn't entered a 2FA code in the last 10 minutes is asked for one before using them.

What stays yours

Payouts, identity verification, pausing the whole team, closing the account and switching services on or off are for the Owner only. So are managing Admins and granting Sensitive permissions.

An email when it matters

When someone on your team uses a Sensitive permission or changes anyone's access, we email you. You can't turn these emails off.

Permissions one by one

Turn single permissions on or off on top of a role. Anything you switch off stays off until you switch it back on.

Who did what

Every action is recorded. Filter by area, by person or by sensitive actions.

The everyday work, shared

Invites by email

An email link that works for 7 days. A team holds up to 50 people, counting pending invites.

Asking for access

If someone on your team needs a permission they don't have, they can ask right where they hit the wall. You say yes or no.

Pause for a while

Pause the whole team or one person. Roles and permissions stay as they were, ready for when they're back.

Several teams, one account

One person can work on several creators' teams from one account and switch between them. They don't need a creator page of their own.

Leave whenever

Anyone on a team can leave it themselves, without asking.

How Nusrat brought Mihi in

Before Puja the messages and orders were too much for one person, so Nusrat added her cousin Mihi with the Operations role. Mihi replies to messages and ships orders from her phone between classes. She can't see the Earnings page, let alone withdraw.

Nusrat and the people in her story are made up. The numbers are examples, not a promise of what you'll earn.

What creators ask about teams

How many people can be on a team?
Up to 50, counting pending invites.
Can someone on my team withdraw money?
No. Payouts, KYC and closing the account are for the Owner only.
How do I know who did what?
The audit log records every action: who, when and what.
Can an AI app add someone to my team?
No. You add team members yourself; no AI app can do it.
