What supporters ask
Do I get a receipt without an account?
No. PDF receipts come only with payments made while signed in. A coffee sent without an account gets no email either. For a shop order, updates go to your email, if you gave one.
How safe is paying?
Payments go through SSLCommerz, which is licensed by Bangladesh Bank and certified PCI DSS Level 1.
Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. A card from abroad works, and it's charged in taka. Your bank sets the conversion rate and any fee it adds.
How do I know where my order is?
The order page shows every step. Without an account, open it with your order number and the phone number you gave at checkout.
If something goes wrong, do I get my money back?
It depends on what happened. Coffees aren't refunded, unless you were charged twice or someone paid without your permission. For a shop item that's damaged, wrong or never came, tell us within 7 business days. Once a refund is approved, it goes back the way you paid, usually within 5–14 business days.
