An Add-on never changes your fee
Storage is an Add-on: a monthly extra that pays for room to keep your files. It never changes the Platform fee on gifts, posts, memberships, or shop orders.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. You cannot switch straight to a smaller Add-on while a larger one is active.

What is included with a new account?
You receive the current free pooled-storage allowance whenever no storage Add-on is active.
What uses my storage?
Avatars, banners, newsletter images, shop media, and digital-product files use this shared pool.
What happens when I reach the limit?
New uploads pause. Content you already uploaded remains available.
Does a storage Add-on lower my Platform fee?
No. An Add-on only adds storage. It never changes the Platform fee on anything you earn.
Can I move to a smaller Add-on immediately?
Not while a larger storage Add-on is active. Cancellation applies at period end, after which your effective quota is recalculated.
