Nusrat is an illustrator. She takes freelance work, and lately she's started making content too. Plenty of people want to buy her art and back her, but Nusrat doesn't know how to build a website. A gateway needs a trade licence, a TIN and a bank contract, and Stripe and PayPal don't pay out in Bangladesh. So the people who want to can't find her easily, can't talk work with her, and have no proper way to send money.

One year later

From that small room in Mirpur to a bright studio in Dhanmondi. Her paintings on the walls, a rickshaw hood for a café on the easel. What used to be a hobby is now Nusrat's work.

Mihi works 15 hours a week now, and Nusrat pays her from her own earnings. And that notebook? The one that used to hold nothing but money worries now holds ideas for new paintings.

What is 'হবে নাকি Coffee?'

Hobe Naki Coffee (হবে নাকি Coffee?) is an all-in-one digital business and monetization platform built for Bangladeshi creators and entrepreneurs. There's no upfront fee and no monthly bill: you pay a Platform fee only when you earn, and it already includes payment processing. Share a single link and start earning directly from your audience through coffee gifts, memberships, paid posts and a shop today, with more services coming soon. We collect payments on your behalf, so you can start without a Trade Licence or a gateway contract of your own.

Do I need a Trade Licence or TIN to use হবে নাকি Coffee?

No, you don't need a Trade Licence or TIN. A phone is enough to get started.

I only have a small following. Is this still worth it?

Yes. There's no minimum follower count and no setup cost. Many creators start earning from their very first supporters.

Why not just use Patreon, Ko-fi, or Buy Me a Coffee directly?

Buy Me a Coffee and Ko-fi pay creators through Stripe or PayPal, and neither works here. Patreon can pay a Bangladeshi bank, but your earnings sit in dollars and get converted, with a fee, every time. We pay in taka, straight to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or your bank.

How fast can I get paid?

Once your identity is verified (KYC, a one-time process where you submit your national ID and a photo to meet financial regulations), we send withdrawals to bKash, Nagad or Rocket within 24 business-day hours. Business days are Sunday to Thursday in Dhaka time, not counting public and bank holidays. Bank transfers take 2–3 more business days.

Will anyone help me get set up?

Yes, every creator, until your first payment comes in. We show you how to set up your page, add a payout method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank), put up your first services or products, and share your link. Message us on WhatsApp: we usually reply within a few hours, Sunday to Thursday. In the app, Doel bhai's Tours walk you through each step. We guide you and you do the setup yourself. Legal work and business registration aren't part of it. After your first payment, our usual support carries on.

Can someone abroad send money?

Yes. They can pay with a card from abroad, and it's charged in taka. Their bank sets the conversion rate and any fee.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

You join our Founder community. Your first email brings your Founder ticket, with your Founder number and the Founder rate. You'll be first to hear when sign-up opens.

Who are you? Who do I tell if something goes wrong?

হবে নাকি Coffee? is run by Shamscorner LLC. Payments go through SSLCommerz, which is licensed by Bangladesh Bank and certified PCI DSS Level 1. If something goes wrong, write to support@hobenakicoffee.com.
