How your records keep themselves

  1. 1

    A payment comes in

A coffee, a membership or a shop order.

  2. 2

    The paperwork is made

A fee statement for you, and a receipt for whoever paid while signed in.

  3. 3

Download it when you need it

PDF or CSV, whenever you like.

What you get

Fee statements

A PDF for every payment, in Bangla or English: what the supporter paid, any delivery charge, our fee, and what you kept. Refunds are shown on it too.

Receipts

When someone pays while signed in, they get their own PDF receipt. You don't have to send anything.

Invoices

When you buy an add-on from us, like extra storage, you get an invoice. Your billing page lists every add-on payment with its invoice.

Every transaction

Earned and spent on separate tabs. Find what you need by date, payment method, service, status or amount.

CSV download

Filter your earned transactions and download a CSV, up to a year at a time. Handy for your accountant or your own spreadsheet.

Refunds

Supporters can ask for a refund, and you can refund a gift or a membership yourself. Shop sales are refunded from the order, item by item. Our team reviews every request.

Tax profile

A place for your TIN, BIN and VAT registration. Fill it in if you need to, or leave it. A team member sees it only with a separate permission and a 2FA code.

Tax you deducted, credited back

If you deduct income tax at source from our fee and deposit it, upload the challan number and certificate. Once it's approved, the amount comes back to your balance.

Your tax return stays yours

We don't deduct tax from your earnings or file returns for you. We keep the paperwork in order so your return is easier.

How Nusrat keeps her records

At the end of the year Nusrat's uncle sat down to do her tax return. She downloaded the year's earnings CSV and a few fee statements for him. They were done in one afternoon, without opening a single ledger.

Nusrat and the people in her story are made up. The numbers are examples, not a promise of what you'll earn.

What creators ask about records

Is a fee statement a tax invoice?
No. A fee statement shows the fee taken from each payment. It isn't a tax invoice, and it says so at the bottom.
Do you deduct tax on my behalf?
No. We don't deduct tax from your earnings or file returns for you. We keep the paperwork tidy so the job is easier.
Can someone on my team see my records?
Yes, if you give them permission. Downloading a CSV needs its own permission and a 2FA code.
Do supporters get a receipt?
If they pay while signed in, they get a PDF receipt. Without an account there's no receipt. A coffee sends them no email either, and a shop order sends updates to the email they gave, if they gave one.
