Do AI connections cost extra?
No. You only pay the Platform fee when you earn, and AI connections are included. If your AI app needs a paid plan, that's between you and the app.
What happens on 1 Jan 2028?
The 3.5% Launch rate ends, and each month's rate follows the Rate card, set by your Volume the month before. We'll remind you well before then.
Is there a fee on delivery charges?
There's never a Platform fee on a delivery charge. When a supporter pays online, a 2.5% Delivery processing charge comes out of the delivery charge to cover the payment gateway. Cash on delivery has none.
When is the rate for an order decided?
When the order is placed. A later rate change never touches an order you already have, including cash on delivery.
How fast do withdrawals arrive?
We send them within 24 business-day hours to bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Bank transfers take 2–3 more business days.
I'm a Founder. What do I pay?
Founders keep 3.5% on every service until 31 Dec 2028. After that, your rate follows the Rate card like everyone's.
