Not at all. Creating an account is completely free. A Platform fee comes out only when you earn, and there's no monthly bill. Storage Add-ons are optional and never change the fee.

Any Bangladeshi content creator, writer, designer, developer, YouTuber, educator, photographer, musician, or freelancer can join as a creator. Anyone, including international audiences, can join as a supporter to back their favourite creators.

Yes. হবে নাকি Coffee is available in both Bangla and English. You can switch to your preferred language at any time.

Yes. There's no follower minimum and no setup cost, so you can start from zero. Make your page, post your first piece or list one item in your shop, then send the link to friends, classmates and people you already know. Many creators earn from their very first supporters.

Buy Me a Coffee and Ko-fi pay out through Stripe or PayPal, and neither works in Bangladesh. Patreon does pay Bangladeshi bank accounts, but it converts from dollars, with a fee and a conversion charge every time. হবে নাকি Coffee? pays in taka, straight to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or your bank account, and your supporters pay in taka too.

Yes, in two ways. You can make individual posts paid (Pay-per-post), or mark them as Members Only so only your active subscribers can read them. You can also enable both on the same post: members read for free while non-members can purchase access.

Absolutely. You can run coffee gifting, newsletter, memberships and your shop all at the same time, and switch on new services like 1-on-1 sessions as they arrive. You can enable or disable any service from the Services section of your Dashboard.

Your Creator Dashboard shows total earnings, coffee count, unique supporters, post views, membership count, shop orders, and detailed per-post analytics. You can filter by date range to view data for any time period.

You can save up to 50 drafts at a time. Once the limit is reached, you will need to publish or delete an existing draft to make room for a new one.

Yes, as long as your draft quota (50) has not been reached, you can move any published post back to draft at any time.

Yes. Any reader can gift your paid post to someone else. This creates an additional earning opportunity for your content.

You can set up your profile and start receiving support right away without verification. However, identity verification (KYC) is required before you can withdraw your earnings. Verification uses your Bangladesh National ID (NID) and takes just a few minutes.

No. No plan lowers the Platform fee. While the Launch rate runs, every creator pays the same rate on every service. After that, last month's Volume sets your rate. Storage Add-ons only add room for files and never change a fee. The pricing page shows today's rates.

No, not to start. A phone is enough, and we collect payments on your behalf, so you need no trade licence, TIN or gateway contract of your own. Before your first payout you verify your identity with your own NID, and you must be 18 or older. Filing your own tax return stays with you; the fee statements and transactions CSV on your Dashboard help with that.

No. Team members can only do the tasks you allow, like replying to messages or handling orders. Payouts always stay with you, so nobody on your team can withdraw your earnings.

No. You can gift coffee to any creator as a guest without creating an account. However, having an account lets you view your payment history, manage memberships, and easily access content you have purchased.

As many as you like, in a single payment. One coffee is ৳20, and one payment can go up to ৳1,000,000. You choose how many to send.

Yes. When gifting coffee you can write a personal message for the creator. This message will appear on the creator's activity feed.

Yes, completely. We use SSLCommerz, a trusted Bangladeshi payment gateway, to process all transactions. We never store your card or mobile banking credentials directly.

bKash, Nagad and Rocket work, and so do debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and Diners Club. You can also pay with any Bangla QR app, through SSLCommerz. Cards issued abroad work too and are charged in BDT, so you can pay from anywhere; your bank converts the amount. You'll see the options at checkout.

Yes, a notification will appear in the creator's Activity Feed when you follow them. However, unfollowing only shows up in their private feed and is not shown publicly.

Yes. They can pay with a card from abroad, and it's charged in taka, so they can support a creator from anywhere. Their bank sets the conversion rate and any fee.

It depends on what you paid for. Coffee gifts are generally non-refundable. Downloads and paid posts are too once you have access, unless the file is unusable, differs from the description, or a technical error stopped delivery. For a physical product that arrives damaged, wrong or not at all, report it within 7 business days. A duplicate charge can be refunded. Once a creator has withdrawn the money, we can no longer refund directly and you need to contact the creator. The Refund Policy page has every case.

Go to the Earnings section on your Dashboard and click Withdraw. You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Once verified, you can withdraw directly to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi bank account.Read the bKash & Nagad payments guide

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. This limit helps keep transaction costs low on both ends.

We send bKash, Nagad and Rocket withdrawals within 24 business-day hours of your request. Business days are Sunday to Thursday in Dhaka time, not counting public and bank holidays, and the clock starts once your identity is verified (KYC). Bank transfers take 2–3 more business days to reach your account.

No. Your earnings never expire. If a balance sits for a long time, we may email you. You can request a Payout whenever you are ready.

If a payment fails, no money is deducted and nothing is added to the creator's earnings. You can try again at any time. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

Yes. From the Transactions section of your Dashboard you can export your full transaction history as a CSV file. You can also filter by date, payment type, status, and service type before exporting.

Identity verification (KYC) protects both you and your supporters. It ensures that earnings reach the right person, prevents fraud, and keeps the platform compliant with Bangladesh financial regulations. Verification uses your National ID (NID) and a selfie. It takes only a few minutes and is a one-time process.

No. হবে নাকি Coffee includes a built-in rich text editor where you can write, format, and add images directly. No external software or third-party tools are needed.

Public posts appear in the reader feed and are visible to everyone. Private posts can only be accessed via a direct link and do not appear in the feed. Both can independently be made paid or Members Only.

Members Only means only your active subscribers can read the post, for free as part of their membership. Pay-per-post means anyone can purchase that single post at a set price, without needing a membership. You can enable both on the same post: members read for free while non-members can purchase access.

Each post has an Analytics dialog showing total views, likes, clicks, sales count, and conversion rate. A day-by-day chart is also available so you can see how performance changes over any date range.

While a post is in draft, the slug updates automatically whenever you change the title. Once a post is published the slug is frozen, which protects SEO and any links you have already shared.

Yes, all images used in a post are stored securely on our servers. However, if an uploaded image is not saved inside any post within 24 hours of uploading, it may be automatically removed during our nightly cleanup.

The Reader Feed shows all public posts in chronological order. You can filter by All, Liked, or Owned, and search by title or subtitle to find exactly what you are looking for.

The like count is publicly visible. However, which specific reader liked a post is only visible to the creator through their Analytics, and it is not shown publicly.

Yes. Your data is stored in encrypted form and is never sold to third parties. We only collect information that is strictly necessary to operate the platform.

Yes. When supporting as a guest you can use any name you choose and there is no requirement to create an account. The creator will not know your real identity.

No. Sensitive payment details such as card numbers or mobile banking PINs are never stored on our servers. All payments are processed through the secure systems of SSLCommerz.

You will find a Report option on any post or profile. Our content moderation system automatically detects harmful content, and all reported items are reviewed promptly.

Yes, from Account Settings, at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, messages and payout details. Payment records and identity documents are kept for at least 5 years, as the law requires, without your profile details. Withdraw any earnings first.

Your NID documents and selfie are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket that is never publicly accessible. Only authorised platform staff can access them for verification purposes. Documents are retained in accordance with Bangladesh data protection requirements and are never shared with third parties.

No. The AI can't touch payments, payouts, refunds, KYC or tax details. You do those yourself in the app, so your money and your identity papers stay in your hands.
